We want to share an important change with you: starting in 2026, the Humanitarian Congress Berlin will no longer take place in October or Autumn, but in late Spring. Therefore, the congress will take a break in 2025.

With this shift, we are deliberately breaking with tradition. This decision was not taken lightly, but it is a key part of our strategy to continuously develop the Congress and create the greatest possible value for all participants and beyond. A spring schedule will make it easier for more people to attend and will allow us to plan even more effectively, bringing cutting-edge humanitarian topics, distinguished speakers from around the world and innovative formats to the program. Also, we take the almost overwhelming external and deliberate internal wind of change as an opportunity to evolve the congress setup further, including new permanent co-hosts to the event – so stay tuned for a revamped Humanitarian Congress Berlin 2026.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all speakers, participants, volunteers, and the entire humanitarian community who have contributed to making the Humanitarian Congress Berlin 2024 and all previous editions a success!

We look forward to welcoming you again in 2026—with an even stronger, more diverse, inclusive, and inspiring Congress!

Thank you for your continued interest and support. We are excited to continue vital humanitarian discussions with you in the years to come – now in late Spring!
